The only way for now to send patches using trac interface and ticket attachments which can be clumsy. The good thing tho, trac can show formatted (colored) patchsets.

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as new The ticket will remain with no owner.
as The resolution will be set. Next status will be 'closed'.
to The owner will be changed from (none) to the specified user. Next status will be 'assigned'.
The owner will be changed from (none) to anonymous. Next status will be 'accepted'.

Add Comment
E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
