Need to think about how people can send patches. Deploying Patchwork and GNU Mailman is harder than allowing uploading patchsets to tickets in trac.

It is already possible to include attachments in your tickets but it is not so clear.

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as new The ticket will remain with no owner.
as The resolution will be set. Next status will be 'closed'.
to The owner will be changed from (none) to the specified user. Next status will be 'assigned'.
The owner will be changed from (none) to anonymous. Next status will be 'accepted'.

Add Comment
E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
